We think out loud, with you.
You may come to us with nothing more than a feeling that you want to build something, and no language for it yet. Or you may already know what you believe and need someone to help you tell the story.
Either way, whatever we recommend will have been pushed on, tested, and talked through before it ever reaches you.
The exchange
The process should feel conversational without becoming vague. You aren’t expected to arrive carrying the strategy, and collaboration isn’t a polite way of asking you to do the work yourself. The judgement is still ours, built through listening, questioning and exchange, not delivered already decided.
Some of this is a single piece of work with a clear end. Some of it is ongoing, a standing conversation rather than a project with a finish line. Which one it is comes out of what we talk through, not something you choose before we’ve spoken.

Ask before telling. Understanding what someone believes, notices, wants and resists is part of the creative work.

The first idea is a beginning. Something arriving quickly doesn’t make it wrong, but arriving quickly is never the reason to recommend it.

Conversation should change the work. If dialogue is part of the process, it has to have consequences.
